Nacel International offers French courses to students from all over the world in our French language school in Rouen, the capital of the Normandy region in Northern France. Our French courses are suitable for students with beginner, intermediate or advanced levels of French and include intensive French courses, business French classes, exam preparation and French cuisine courses which allow students to combine French language learning with French cooking courses.

Our courses are open to students over the age of 16 and are available all year round. The courses can be taken from one to four weeks. All teachers are French and highly qualified with many years experience teaching students. They are very helpful and a real support for the students. The number of students per class is a maximum of 8 - 12.

Our school is based in a light and airy modern building in a pleasant residential area. You will find a café and bistro restaurant, a bakery, a pharmacy, a supermarket and other shops in a small but well-equipped shopping centre nearby (10 min from the town centre).

Our residential courses are highly intensive programs for professionals, business people, executives, diplomats and other highly motivated adults. The one-to-one course is without doubt the most effective way of learning a language. Residential courses offer the optimum learning environment: free from distraction, students can devote themselves fully to the acquisition and practice of French: students are involved with French throughout their stay. I never forget that the main goal of learning a new language is communication. I respect the recommandation of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for languages) which describes what a learner, at each level, is supposed to be able to do in reading, listening, speaking and writing.
